Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Abeerah piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it easy.

Your right to return

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging

How to start a return

Email us at abeerahboutique60@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Exchanges (size or item)

Need a different size? Let us know when you contact us and we’ll reserve the replacement where stock allows. If your size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping

Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error — in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at abeerahboutique60@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.

Items we can’t accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as final sale
